Undercover Boss

I really like the show Undercover Boss and the season finale was cool because the President of 1-800-flowers was undercover, when his CEO brother came in to the locaction of his brother, to get a rise out of him knowing he couldn't do anything about it. That would have ticked me off too but it was turned into a positive overall as the President was able to see how the employees acted a bit differently knowing the CEO was coming in. It was a feel good way to end the season!
